Vlan 11 comes to it with subnet 192.168.11.0

All go to the Internet through a squid, the Internet works.
Mail problem. Mail server at 192.168.1.1., Mail works everywhere, except for subnets via vlan.
Ie by machine 92.168.11.10 mail is accepted, but does not want to go. The Bat gives error 10061.

How to fix this misunderstanding?
