Make a "preproxy" that would not release the user to the Internet not under the server ip, but would redirect him through a random proxy from a constantly updated list.
How to implement this and on what? 3proxy? dante? squid?
What is better, more stable and will withstand more connections in this mode.
I will also be grateful if you indicate where to read on the implementation of such behavior.
Already somehow did something similar to 3proxy, but a large number of connections did not hold, therefore the question is about stability.
