How to perform a 301 redirect with SQUID?

Given:
1. Squid version 3.1 in reverse proxy mode
2. Anti-virus that works with the squid in conjunction with icap (kav4proxy)
If a virus is detected in the traffic, the squid-kasper regularly generates an ACCESS DENIED error (though for some reason with HTTP code 200) and does not allow access to the infected file. Happiness, it would seem, is what it is.
But.
There is a task instead to perform an http redirect (301, for example) to another URL, this is necessary in order to process the event of a caught virus in an external system, and not with the built-in tools of squid and kasper. Such is the task.
The question is HOW? I can't find anything, is it possible in principle.

You can also fix the file given by squid, I did that too. We change the ERR_ACCESS_DENIED file and write the usual html in it with any error and other necessary.
