Access to computers behind Mikrotik from VPN?

Hello! There is a local network 192.168.1.0/24, a VPN server that distributes ip 192.168.4.0/24 and Mikrotik, which connects to this VPN. It has its own network behind it 192.168.5.0/24. Please tell me: how can I set up access to remote computers behind Mikrotik? The computers themselves have access to the DC, they can surf the Internet through a VPN (aka a proxy server).

Maxim, your scheme is not unambiguously clear. I recommend drawing it or at least describing it in this form. I understood this:
network number 1 - MikroTik - Internet - VPN server - network number 2
If so, then you need to register a route to network number 2 on MikroTik, and register a route to network number 1 on the VPN server. It if both networks should see each other.

Set up routing. on border routers. Mikrotik <-> VPN server. So that the packets from 192.168.4.0/24 know which route to run to 192.168.1.0/24.
