Access to a network folder from Smart TV, is it possible without DLNA?

Hello.
Perhaps someone will share their solutions, tk. Internet search did not give any result.
Given: network folder with videos on home storage and Smart TV (from Samsung UE22H5610 and from LG 42LM670T).
Is it possible to open files from network folders directly on them without using DLNA?
On an Android TV, this is easily available with ES Explorer, but I did not find applications with similar functionality for these TVs.

Without using DLNA, you can use all sorts of media servers such as Emby / Plex.
And any other "directly" is, in a sense, also not directly, but through SMB / CIFS, HTTP or any other protocol.

DLNA is direct, HTTP in other words.
And regularly and with third-party software everything is ok.
With any server.
