Access from Linux to a partition in ntfs after the next Win10 update became read-only, how to fix it?

Good day, friends. Probably a simple question, but I don't understand the solution myself. Who knows, tell me, please.
The computer has two drives SSD and HD.
All downloads come from the SSD, on the HD there are files in bulk.
ON SSD: in the first partition = WIN10, in the second partition = UBUNTU.
Loading goes through GRUB.
Basically, the work is done in UBUNTU, from time to time it is necessary to solve specific tasks in WIN10.
What's the question?
Half HD in ext4, the other half NTFS.
Initially, the NTFS partition from UBUNTU was read-write, but after the next WIN10 update, it became read-only.
??? Where to pick, so that there is access from UBUNTU to the NTFS partition and for writing ???
Thanks to everyone who helps

For the 100500th time I am writing already probably.
Turn off the "Quick Startup" setting in the "Control Panel / Power Options" so that when you turn it off, it will turn off, and not hibernate after logout.

Check out the section. linux sees that there are errors in the section and does not mount it for writing, because he is afraid to break it.
