How to expand a section?

I need to expand a logical partition in CentOS 7. Tell me how to do it? No links please. I myself know how to google, but in the instructions on the sites this process is so complicatedly described that I did not understand anything. :( If possible, I would like a step-by-step instruction with a detailed description of each step.
PS Without GUI, GParted and analogues in flight.

Hire a professional if you can't do it according to the instructions.

Congitive dissonance?
In fact. Does the word lvm mean anything? If not, it's better to hire a professional - it will be safer for your data, honestly.

Could you tell me what wheels you have to start with. Since you write that you have a server, it would not be bad to get information on the hypervisor, or you just have a machine with a server there (it happens, after all).
Show output:
sudo fdisk -l

Your question is very similar to "how to refuel the car?".
You will answer the person with the diesel that it is necessary to fill in the AI-95 and you will be the last one.
Virtual or physical server?
What's the section? (lvm?)
What FS? (FS needs to be expanded in any way, and different FS are expanded by different commands)
If these are too complicated questions for you, then it is better to contact a familiar "tyzhprogrammer".

Once expanded the "rightmost" section through fdisk with data saving. The truth on the section was ntfs. Just deleted the partition and created a new larger ntfs. The main thing is to match the beginning of the section. I tried to shift the beginning by one byte and a section was created without my data.
