What good software is there for Linux to make a 3D map of the earth from photos taken from UAVs?

I hope that the question is about those 3D maps on which you can look around the corner of the house, for example, or see the height of the mountain relative to the houses.
To solve such a problem, quite complex mathematics is used: Photogrammetry.
There are tools for creating maps: mapinfo, arcgis, panorama. But in the presence of such mathematics in them, I doubt it is still not an easy task.
