Access errors to a network folder on the server?

There is a server for 2003. It has a "posta" folder, which is shared for everyone. It contains other folders. At one point, users stopped getting access to them. So I, as an administrator, go to the server and I can’t do anything with these folders either - neither log in, nor rename or delete. From what the system says about this:

Question: what can it be and how to treat it? There are no disk errors.

recursively change the owner to the administrator under which you work and also recursively apply access rights.

Have you checked the rights to the folder? Maybe they are not inherited and you just do not have rights to it?
And what happens if you try to enter it through explorer and not cmd?
