What are Secure Internet Servers?
I am a journalist and have been asked to analyze the World Economic Forum's annual Network Readiness Index. There is such an indicator - the number of Secure Internet servers (these are servers using encryption technology in Internet transactions) per 1 million people. I do not quite understand what is meant by secure Internet servers (perhaps this is a stable term?). Hope you can help and thanks!

Anything can be implied by this.
Ask the person who wrote this phrase.
so it seems quite clearly written "these are servers using encryption technology in Internet transactions"
- servers that use encryption technology when transmitting data over the Internet.
those. already mentioned above SSL / TLS, SSH - and everything that works on top of them. If there is a great desire, you can also pull VPN here, although this is not quite right.
But how do you calculate this statistic? Rather - where to get it? In theory, search engines should have something like this.
