The priority is to have: qiwi, webmoney, payment cards.
Which service can be used as an individual?

Yandex money. Not to be confused with Yandex Kassa

Yandex.kassa does not work with physicists.
Robokassa allows payments, but the commission will be 7% against 3% if you work through a legal entity.
