About the squeak of throttles and the power mode in Windows 10?

Windows 10 yesterday.
I went into the power settings. There everything is according to the classics Balanced (by default), Economy, High, and Maximum (but this was not in the seven).

I always thought that the Modes are balanced and high, this is more a formality, and saving is for laptops.

It doesn't seem to be a warranty case, so just accept this squeak.
Doesn't affect work. This is normal for some cards and motherboards.
If the squeak does not interfere, put on the maximum speed. ))

1. If the squeak is annoying - take it to the CSN for a quality check with a demand for an exchange or a refund.
2. Leave everything as it is.
