Aac(m3u) player to the site?

The primary search did not give any results, all or some clumsy or already wired stations.
I have a site.domain/radio.aac.m3u format link , inside the playlist there is a link to the site.domain/radio.aac
file. Are there any good, cross-browser solutions for playing the radio. All you need is a play/stop button (volume is optional)?
There were attempts to create / delete application / x-mplayer2 with a size of 1 by 1 pixel, but played in few places.
Many people write about uppod.ru/ , but could not revive it.
