A worthy replacement for Reformal?

Guys, what kind of replacement can you recommend for Reformal? The latter has been “repairing” email notifications for five months now. I think the project is abandoned.
I really want the replacement to allow me to transfer everything. It's a pity to lose the current proposals and votes.
Copiny do not offer, called them. It was possible to find out that they are focused on large clients with a budget of 100k rubles a year. For free accounts, the policy will be reviewed early next year. Generally scary.
