A textbook on digital interfaces?

Is there a textbook on digital interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, LIN, 1-Wire) and their implementation (on MK, FPGA)?

Open implementations of interfaces in hardware description languages:
opencores.org/projects?cat=Communication+controller
I don't know if you'll write a finished tutorial, as you described.

As I understand it, you are still not interested in the implementation of interfaces, on VHDL, for example, but in how to work, say, with the USART module built into the controller. Right? Or not?
If correct, you will find everything you need in the documentation for the chip. There will be descriptions of functions, operating modes, registers, bits, signal diagrams and so on, in a word, everything you need.
In general, the protocols you listed are quite common, there are many publications on them on the Internet.
