A system for delivering banners and advertising campaigns?

There is a need for a system to conduct their own banner advertising campaigns.
Namely, to give the code for inserting our banner to various sites, manage campaigns and calculate the effectiveness.

Well, now we are looking at OpenX, the former phpAdsNew, the choice fell rather on the fact that I once wrote a module for nginx, to return banners, I hope it has not changed much and it will be possible to start the old one.

I have about 50-80 mil impressions per day with openx. It seems to live. Updates really can no longer be expected.
