A strange 4GB laptop RAM chip, the system sees it as 8 GB, what's wrong with it?

Friends asked me to clean the laptop (lenovo ideapad 330-15ich), upon opening I found 1 die for 4GB instead of 8GB, although the system shows 8GB. According to them, the laptop was not repaired.

Most likely, 4 gigs are soldered on the motherboard.
