A smooth transition from landing page style video to a page with different styles, is it possible?

Greetings to all, I continue the cycle of questions on the use of video.
Example: There is a page centered with the usual margin and padding settings.
Is it possible to add a block at the top that will not obey the general css settings, that will take up the entire page of the screen, on which the video will play and there will be an anchor button, with a transition down to the aligned page?
Moreover, ideally with a transition in the landing-page style, i.e. the feeling of scrolling through the pages will be present, but the page will be one.
I didn’t seem to see this anywhere, if the question is not entirely clear, I’ll try to give clarifications later)
i.e. there is a certain section at the top with parameters:
