A sharp drop in FPS and the lack of launch of some games. What to do?

Hi all! The crux of the matter is this. The computer was turned on and no downloads, no reboots were made. Late in the evening in the SA:MP game, the FPS suddenly disappeared (immediately after connecting to the server), and Mafia 2 stopped launching altogether. I updated the drivers, rebooted the computer, did not help. What to do and what could be the reason?
