A ring that works like a credit card (nfc \ rfid) - is it possible?

Good day.
I had a burning desire to purchase this ring, because. it is supported by my smartphone (Nexus 4), and you can play around with locking and unlocking: ru.aliexpress.com/item/2in1-Smart-Ring-GalaRing-G1...
There is a desire to transfer my credit card data to it (PayWave) .
In the course of this case, questions arose:
1) Is it possible to do this using my smartphone? (Nexus 4) If not, what equipment would be suitable for this.
2) Does this ring support recording credit card information?
Or who knows how to make the phone, which has the data of the card read, pay at the terminal.
Tried to send data to a supported terminal via NXP Tag Writer - 0 emotions.

If you're still interested in this topic, take a look at cardsmobile.ru - they just passed a bunch of certifications from MasterCard and allow you to issue a card that will exist inside your phone. Do a search, there have been several detailed articles about them lately.
