A required device isn't connected or cannot be accessed?

Wirth. a machine under Virtual box on which the
server is W2012R2Update1, DHCP, DNS, AD, WDS + two network cards, one is enabled by the Network bridge type, the second is the Internal network (this adapter works for me with WDS over the network) the
second test virtual machine without a system with a network with a card of type Internal network, I want to test WDS on this machine.
The second machine sees the server at startup, receives an IP from the server, bootstrapping takes place giving the server a .wim image and then bam and I get a required device isn't connected or cannot be accessed and then nothing
