A rake with opening a PayPal account in Russia?

Is there a known rake in connection with the opening of a new PayPal account in Russia? Just registration, card binding and should work? Can I accept payments immediately, or do I need something else for this? (Payments from Europe/America/Asia)

There are two "thin" points:
1) Account limits, ie. the maximum amounts of transactions, the amounts on the account and the amounts possible for withdrawal are initially small. If large turnovers are planned, then it makes sense to immediately increase these limits. In the Palke account itself, it is written in sufficient detail about this.
2) To withdraw funds, you will need to link not only the card, but its account, i.e. you need to take the account details (BIC, account number) in advance. The procedure is almost the same as linking a card. Again, everything is described in detail in the Palka help.
