A question for programmers aged 30 and older - is your myopia progressing?

Hello. I heard that myopia progresses up to about 25 years - while the body grows (including the eyes). Then he stops. Is it true? Or is it different for everyone?
Have you ever seen a person who developed myopia at the age of 30? At 40?

No.
Myopia since school.
It was -9
Until the 25th, something else was changing.
Then - stable.
By 40, it began to recover back.
Now -8
At the age of 35, acquaintances have become -1 (even glasses are not needed and you may not even know, this is a slight myopia).
Before that, there was 100% vision up to 34, let's say.
