A productivity app or service to reach your goals?
Good day!
There is such a task: I want to spend 30 minutes every day on learning English, on the coursera service, etc. In order to somehow organize myself, I would like to have some timers, for example: the English language timer, when it starts, it is blocked for 30 minutes. everything except certain sites for learning this very language. Well, it is desirable that this timer be reset every day and count the total time spent on it.
Maybe someone came across such a service or program in which you could set up these same timers and locks.

In general, this is what I eventually managed to find:
www.browsecontrol.com
www.stopprocrastinatingapp.com
focusme.co
But I myself eventually settled on https://code.google.com/p/pomodairo/ it does not block applications, but all fits the rest!
Just set an alarm on your phone, with the phrase it's time to sit down for English.
Understand, either you force yourself and get used to such a regimen, or nothing will help you. Such blocking will only lead to irritation and you will still find a way not to do what you have planned, if there is really no desire.
If you want to do this (really want to), then you do not need these gadgets for free. And if you are looking for a way to force yourself, then you do not want to. Do not torture yourself, remain an ignoramus, because it is much more comfortable.
Smartprogress ,
there are reports (blogs), and you can motivate yourself with rates. But, of course, there are many letters...
