Hello, in fact, there is a non-periodic agent that runs once a day, but for unknown reasons, tonight it worked 5 times and sent mail, what could be the reason? Agents on the crown, there were problems with the time on the server, the day before that they reconfigured the server, corrected the time, could this be the reason?

The mailing list has a Last sent date field. In your case, it is 5 days behind the server time. Bitrix compensated the difference.
