How to unload overdue cases in B24?
Good afternoon. There is a question about unloading transactions with overdue cases. If you put just the "Cases-Overdue" filter, it shows incorrect information. If you upload all transactions from CRM, provided that the display of cases is configured in the "List" view, this field will not be in the download. Is there any way to download such a report?
