There is an infoblock with sections. I output articles with the complex news component. Customized the bitrix component: news.detail Added to the end of the bitrix template: news.list and configured it for the infoblock. The task is to display the last 3 articles of the section whose article we are viewing.

Well, you don't even need a filter. The news.list component has a parameter PARENT_SECTION = section id, a parameter NEWS_COUNT = 3, a parameter SORT_BY1 = ID, a parameter SORT_ORDER1 = DESC
