Is it possible to copy a site on Bitrix with an expired license and use it as a new one?

Hello!

The question is this: I have a site on Bitrix with an expired license, the second site is configured through multi-site. I need a third site, I don't want to buy a license. And in general I want to keep this site on another hosting.

Can I just copy the site, change the content and use it as a standalone site?
Are there any negative consequences in this moment? If yes, what are they?
I don't need updates

Somehow, in theory, they clearly wrote on their website that when the license expires, the D7 core, or somehow I don’t remember it, recognizes that you have an expired license and blocks your site.

If I understood correctly, then it was not the license that expired, but the period of technical support?
If so, then yes, nothing prevents you from making a backup and deploying it elsewhere. But this is a violation of the Bitrix license) Perhaps they will write to you, "ask" to delete it.
Of the negative consequences - I know for sure that you will not be able to update both sites, only one. If you try to update the second site, then one of them (or both) will be blocked from updating.
