A network traffic generator with the ability to control SLA parameters in total?

There is a need to compare two networks in the emulator for certain SLA parameters (jitter, bandwidth, packet loss). This requires both a packet generator (preferably with the ability to change QoS fields) and an incoming traffic analyzer on the receiving side. Only the good old Jpref comes to mind.
If someone will tell you more modern, better generators / analyzers, I will be very grateful.
