How to set up NIC Teaming in 2012r2 with 4 1Gb NICs to increase bandwidth?

Colleagues, share your experience of setting up NIC Teaming in 2k12r2 to increase bandwidth. And then on the assembled stand I did not manage to see the desired 4GB.
Bench: 2 hp proliant 4x1Gb LAN, Cisco SG300-52. Traffic (copying files) between servers.

The reason for the need to increase bandwidth is the long time it takes to back up virtual machines with Veeam B&R.
