A laptop for study, programming and game development?
This year I am finishing the 9th grade and will study at the college as a programmer. Live in a hostel . I need a laptop / macbook for programming and the main goal is Unity3d / UE , since in the future I am going to connect my life with Game development . I don’t plan to play games, I have a PS4 for these needs.
Budget up to 50,000 rubles (~700$, ~640€)
And is it worth considering a used model?

You need a laptop, most likely like this:

but what would you buy for 50 thousand rubles. I need to go back three years.
Advice: going to study as a programmer does not mean becoming a programmer - this is once, at the initial stage (the first 2-3 years) an ordinary laptop for affordable money is enough - that's two. The only thing is that the operatives should be at least 8/16.
Laptops are expensive these days. The dollar exchange rate is also affected.
----------
You can't say for sure about used ones.
-Not always an honest seller
-No one knows how you understand laptops, they suddenly slip it with a breakdown.
-------------
If the main goal is the gaming industry, then take the most productive solution based on your budget. At least 8GB of RAM, and a higher than i3 processor.

About the macbook, in principle I don’t look in the direction of the epl because of the overpayment for the unnecessary (Retina \ Brand)
We were looking for just the office, for work (unity).
Within 60, not 50 thousand. but almost the best solution for COMFORTABLE work with UNITY .

Used - Frankenpad - the real thing.
1600x1200 IPS 15 "
For 26,000 - 30,000 you can also with 8 G.
And for 40,000 with a spare battery and an SSD.
In general, for your amount, you can also find a new 17" 1920x1080 with 8 G.
SSD, unfortunately, will not add up to the amount.
Small screens for development are not comme il faut.
MacBook is a good thing.
But it is unlikely that for this amount you will find 15 "not killed.
There are two main parameters in a laptop: weight and battery life. So choose them, the first as little as possible, the second as much as possible
