What to do if OBS studio captures only a black screen with a cursor on an old laptop?

OBS version: 27.1.3
Windows version 21H1 (19043.1320)
Video cards: AMD, Intel.
The laptop is old.
Capturing the entire screen.
Tried 3 ways:
-Graphics
settings -Compatibility settings
-Run as administrator
Nothing helps.
There is a cursor on the black screen
