A laptop for a web developer, a budget solution?

Hello!
There is a budget up to approximately 35k wood or alternatively up to 50k wood.
You need a laptop mainly to take on trips or work in bed)
Will be used for web development, web design, photography, arbitrage, smm, account management, possibly editing, but most likely it will be the tenth thing, as I will be more likely just do it on a stationary.
Accordingly, the main requirements are speed, screen, weight.
From what I have now chosen either: 3. Macbook 13 pro used (i5/4 or 8 gb, as lucky/500hd or 128,256 ssd, too, as lucky/1280*800/2kg) 30-35k 4. Macbook pro 13 retina used (i5/256ssd/8gb/retina,1.6kg) 50k
1. Dell inspiron 5567 (i5 7200u/15.6/8gb ddr4/full hd/r7 m445/1000hdd/2.3kg) 35k
2. Dell latitude 3470 (i5 6200u/14/8gb ddr3l/ full hd/intel hd 520/1000hd/1.8kg) 35k
5. Macbook air 13 used(i5/128 or 256 ssd/ 4 or 8gb/1440*900 / 1.3kg)
30-35k
U(i5 3317u/4gb/128ssd or 256/1600*900/hd 4000/ 1.16kg!) 20-25k (there are alternative ultrabooks from Samsung)
Upd. Still with a backlight on the keyboard, so generally chic :)
Isn't it dumb to take a used macbook? Will there be 1001 pitfalls that you will only regret later?
The dell screen is mediocre, although the performance is very good, but the viewing angles are sad and the color reproduction too.
I'm afraid of macbook because of the year of release and you never know what's wrong with it. Does anyone have experience buying used equipment? What can you advise? It turns out that if you take mac, then - performance + screen, and vice versa with Windows. But second-hand is alarming, since the technician has never bought it from hand.
I would be sincerely grateful to everyone for any help!

Web design and photography on a laptop is very sad.
In fact - look at the Lenovo ThinkPad line - very worthy, in my opinion, beeches.
Buying used - lottery.

From what I've currently chosen is either:

Of all that you have listed, in my personal opinion, the only option worthy of attention is 1, because:
1. not used
2. at least 15.6 "
I don’t understand how something can be done at all (I have in mind, from work) on a 13" screen. Well, this is not a graphics tablet, so that "it's convenient to draw and the whole table does not take up." I have a 17" laptop and it seems rather small to me, although more - it would probably not be so convenient to lug with you (although, depending on how longing, of course, you can stuff a whole computer into the car).
If you are going to work on it for a long time, you should pay priority attention to the matrix. Of course, laptops for this price will definitely have a matrix from the “not very”, but “normal not very” category, and there are “quite not very”, for example, with a good “shine” of blue, or with monstrously low viewing angles. Ideally, a matrix should be at least from the (X)VA series, for such money on 15" machines they sometimes come across.

You definitely need it, especially the used one, especially the 13" one? Do you miss something on a regular laptop? A sticker in the form of a stub is not expensive, and you can get a similar interface and OS of the same family for free :D
PS I would I also abandoned the HDD in favor of an SSD, 120-240GB of SSD is enough for work, and a native HDD can be attached via USB (as an external one), in case of great need.
