Ultra mega friezes like that?

Good day, they brought me a lenovo v130-15ikb 81hn00u2ua laptop, reinstalled Windows using the built-in reinstall function, updated the drivers, decided to download a couple of games and was very surprised when even WoW Classic lags at the most minimal ones, like a processor and a card, more than enough I would play on medium, + the game does not start if you do not disable the built-in Intel graphics, as I suspect the game does not see the amd card if 2 graphics are enabled, there is a discrete connection in the BIOS. Tell me what could be the problem.

The most commonplace is reinstalling Windows. Also check if the load on the CPU comes from the programs that you run or is it third-party software.
But first of all, I would test in 3D mark or similar applications in order to understand exactly what the problem is.
You can also write to Lenovo support, but I don’t think they will help you much.
