A good introductory course for a newbie to Kuber?

Would you like an introductory course, article or resource for basic immersion to understand the main concepts and the general paradigm?
In general, the docks on the site are understandable, but in many respects they are already written "for those who are in the know."

In general, "good" depends on your background and goals (for example, be able to deploy or be able to raise a real cluster manually), do you like to study theory or learn "by hand".
