External Kubernetes load balancer, how to raise and configure?
Hi all!
I recently raised a cluster for containers, and to be honest, there are some issues that I would like to understand / discuss with you.
Initially, I want to say that the question is about manual installation and configuration of everything, please do not offer some kind of look!
What is the point: for the cube, it is advised to raise several masters and several nodes, well, this is understandable, this can be done, but a load balancer must stand in front of everything, and we will talk about it ...
In order not to install everything from scratch and configure it for the cube has a great solution, this is Rancher (if someone is not familiar, you can go to the off site and see, but if it’s very short, it’s a cube in containers).
Rancher allows you to add several nodes, automatically deploys a cube into them, it would seem that everything is fine! but no!
I noticed that the load balancer is only on one of the nodes, and if for some reason it is not available, then the whole system will not work, and this raises the question of whether and how to add an external load balancer, make master-master replication and connect him to the cube?
Thanks in advance!
