Undefeated scdf PodInitializing how to win?

This is the situation in the cuber, containers hang in PodInitializing

In containers:
container "scdf-server" in pod "scdf-server-6f98b478cb-p8bnm" is waiting to start: PodInitializing
In Replica Sets, this error:
Error creating: pods "skipper-75d85c66c6 -" is forbidden: error looking up service account default/ scdf -sa: serviceaccount "scdf-sa" not found scdf

How to defeat scdf?
