A drop fell under the frame, what should I do?

When I was wiping the monitor with a damp cloth, I accidentally pressed on it and squeezed out a drop (and it was just a drop), which in turn flowed under the monitor frame, and I decided to find out if I should panic or there would be nothing from the drop? I've been sitting for 15 minutes and I don't notice any streaks or anything else on the monitor.
