A couple of questions about DynDNS
1. How to make a DynDNS client inform its server about ip change?
Otherwise, it turns out that the address has already changed, and in order for DynDNS to know about it, you need to click on the Refresh IP client itself, which is inconvenient, because. no automation.
I use the client, because the modem does not support DynDNS.
2. What dns to specify on the computer in order to receive the MOST up-to-date information, tk. the provider can update up to a week.

I have DynDNS Updater 4.1.6. All checkboxes should be in Advanced (the last one can be omitted). Especially check Automatically synchronize host list with DynDNS.com
1. I can’t say about the client’s account that I used only Linux ...
2. Root DNS can save or the DNS of the other provider closest to you, whose DNS is updated more often.

what kind of client do you have? on idea the client after change of IP itself should send DinDNS the information on it. look in the settings - maybe there is some kind of interval there or auto-update is disabled.
If the reconfiguration does not help and you want to change the client to an alternative one, I recommend DynDNS Updater by Kana Solution.
Regarding the second point: there is openDNS - 208.67.220.220 and Google DNS - 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4
