I have a dynamic IP. The provider (interconnection) provides a permanent name like NAME.ddns.is74.ru
There is a domain delegated to yandex. How to register correctly so that this domain is bound to NAME.ddns.is74.ru?
In the NS records does not allow you to enter anything other than IP.

The domain itself - nothing (without scripts)
For subdomains, you can create CNAME records pointing to NAME.ddns.is74.ru
