Hello habra community!

Has anyone heard of a similar product? It is necessary to coordinate the joint work of designers from different parts of the Earth + the relationship with leading people. Something similar to JIRA, for example.
But with the possibility of joint editing of prototypes / designs (versioning is welcome - for example, if there is any integration with the same Git, Mercury).

There is something similar. I'm using Trac linked from subversion. Unlike Jira, it's free.
