9'+ tablet with CyanogenMOD

Actually, I'm interested in an inexpensive (up to 10k) 9 inch tablet, which will start up and work normally in terms of basic functions (buttons, video + wifi, nothing else interests) cyanogen 10.

I know that many put it on their tablets, but here are the reviews in terms of performance with all sorts of TeXet and iRu somehow there is not much on the Internet.

I need it to be able to completely disable the hardware buttons, tk. I want to create an application from which it will be impossible to exit in order to give out a tablet in my hands and be sure that the desired application is running there. Stock android does not allow this.

You understand that no one will prevent the user from entering the recovery, making a nandroid, then wipe and work for your own pleasure? And from the recovery, you can install a self-assembled package to change any system settings (purely hypothetically).
