414 error when submitting a form in Bitrix?

When sending a large amount of data from a textarea, I get a POST error *long url with all data* 414 (Request -URI Too Large)
This only happens when submitting the form NOT from the admin panel. Everything is good in the admin.
Can you tell me which way to look?
There are no restrictions on the server, sending via post (if anyone has not noticed)

How much post_max_size do you have?
