Why are the properties not displayed in the component?

Tell me, I copied the component in the owl space cast_catalog:catalog.section.
And I copied the template that works in bitrix:catalog.section
I only change these two fields when outputting, but when I set cast_catalog:catalog.section the properties of the component are not displayed. Why is that?

You probably didn't copy all the files. .parameters.php is not always copied because it is hidden because the name starts with a dot
