404 error for font and background-image on github pages. Why?

Everything works fine on local host, but not on github pages... Who knows why? the Repository

Obviously, you are writing the wrong paths. You inline the styles, and on the way write to raise it one level up. Remove ../

maybe in this case it's better to do not background-image but just img? so that everything is ok on the locale both on the github itself and then on the hosting?
