3d animation, space?

Are there programs for creating primitive 3D animations that do not require special skills from the user?
And all because the idea came to visualize the outbreaks of civilization in the form of points (star system) and the gradual inflation of the sphere (observable universe) and after a time the sphere bursts (disappearance of civilization but not life) with an increase in the likelihood of a new outbreak. The initial data are our current observations and a low probability of detection in the next 100-150 years.

It is interesting to observe how soon two spheres intersect (contact) with different initial parameters

just mathematical transformations in time (process model). Visualization is not needed at all.
