2 IP addresses for PTR zone?

There is a MultiWAN, followed by a mail server. There is a PTR record for 1 IP address. But now there are 2 more IPs. Question: how to be? After all, PTR points to a specific IP. Or add A-records for the rest of the IP, thereby balancing?

Just add a new mx record in DNS, with a different weight, pointing to the second IP.
And you will have two PTR addresses.
