1c enterprise to LAN for upload test?

To say that I don’t understand a damn how this beast, in essence, works is to say nothing, but ... it’s interesting to figure it out.
Essence:
I want to test the unloading of goods in the CMS from one 1C, having my own 1C on the locale, so as not to strain anyone else.
That is, fill it with test nomenclature and, at some intervals, send the upload also to the local site under the open server.
The question is simple, so it is possible in general, will it plow?
