1c bitrix. How to find / find out the notification code line?

The user receives a notification with a link. How can I find out what kind of file and what line issues this notification or link?
For example: we have a form. The form has an "Edit" link. To change this link, you need to enter
/bitrix/templates/.default/components/test/kp/template2/template.php
code line in the template.php file, code line No. 21:
<?if($arParams['EDIT']! =='Y'):?>
Bitrix tech support can't help.

1. Notifications create modules based on different events.
Their log can be viewed here site/bitrix/admin/perfmon_table.php?lang=ru&table_...
2.

The form has an "Edit" link. To change this link, you need to enter
/bitrix/templates/.default/components/areal/kpi.perfomance_indicator/template1/template.php
code line in the template.php file, code line No. 21:
<?if($arParams['EDIT' ]!=='Y'):?>
Bitrix technical support can't help.

The Bitrix TP can't help because they don't know what the kpi.perfomance_indicator component is.

Naturally, they don’t know, this functionality was done by Bitrix partners who sold you the site.
