1C-Bitrix. Can I generate a registration confirmation string myself?

Good afternoon.
When registering, the user receives a link to confirm the registration of the type:

https://site.ru/account/index.php?confirm_registration=yes&confirm_user_id=153&confirm_code=AfvvwEZT

Can I somehow generate it myself from the admin panel? And specifically interested in confirm_code. How to generate it and where is it taken into account?

I poked around in the api, it gets generated like this: I don’t think it can be generated from the admin panel, it is generated when a user is added.
